Thanks to a small final rally, Wallstreet could compensate a large part of their losses in the course of the day again and finally closed without any important changes. But the critical eyes of investors are now focused on the dismissal practices on mortgages in the banking sector.

The Dow Jones index of 30 industrials lost nearly 2 points to 11.095 after being temporarliy dropped down to 11.024.The S & P 500 was off 0.4% or 4 points to 1174 and the Nasdaq composite index lost a 0.2% and 6 points to 2,435. Implemented were 1.11 (Wednesday: 1:27) billion shares. On the NYSE 1203 course winners had to face 1773 losers, 128 shares closed unchanged.
